l444c Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement with every individual ("User" or "Member") who uses the l444c platform ("Platform", "Website" or "Service"). By opening an account, accessing, or using any service on l444c, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted the full Terms.

1.1 Applicability

Each person may open only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all accounts will be closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

At the time of registration, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination.

2.4 Account Security

The user bears full responsibility for keeping their account login details, password, and security codes safe. Any unauthorized activity on the account must be reported to l444c immediately.

3.1 Deposit Methods

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

3.4 Verification

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• l444c reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.4 VIP Program

The l444c VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. Details of VIP benefits are published separately and are subject to these Terms.

5.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Check all details carefully before placing a bet. Bets that are incomplete due to a connection failure or technical error will be considered void.

5.2 Results and Payouts

All game and betting results are determined by the central server. If a technical error is found in a result, l444c reserves the right to correct or void it. Winnings will be calculated based on the stated payout rates.

5.3 Software and Technology

The gaming software used on the l444c platform is licensed from third-party providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. The outcomes of these games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

5.4 Connection Issues

If an internet connection is lost or a technical issue occurs, l444c will not be liable for any loss suffered by the user. Bets that were active during a disconnection will be settled according to the server logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l444c platform:

• Any form of cheating, manipulation, or attempting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets or playing games using bots, automated scripts, or software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Misusing or attempting to hack another user's account information.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device.
• Attempting to obtain bonuses dishonestly in violation of the bonus terms.
• Placing bets on behalf of any third party.

7.1 Suspension by l444c

l444c may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraud or dishonest activity.
• Failure to provide verification documents.
• Participation in prohibited activities.

7.2 Closure by the User

Any member may voluntarily close their account. To do so, contact the support team. Please withdraw all valid balance before closing your account.

7.3 Balance During Suspension

If an account is suspended, withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is complete. If the investigation confirms that no terms were violated, the balance will be returned.
